Victoria started playing the horn aged eight in her local music service in Leicester. She currently studies on the ‘Joint Course’ between RNCM and the University of Manchester. Prior to coming to Manchester, she studied at Birmingham Conservatoire Junior Department. Here, she led and participated in many chamber music activities, igniting her love of chamber music. As a keen orchestral player, Victoria played in the National Youth Wind Orchestra between 2016-18, and took part in both their recording and tour to Switzerland. Victoria has a wide range of experience in different chamber settings; from the Anemoi Wind Quintet to period brass groups, encompassing a range of music from eighteenth century to the present day. As a member of Argentum Brass, Victoria has participated in the Philip Jones Brass Ensemble Competition, and helped lead their outreach projects.
